Admissions and Intake

At StoneRidge, our experienced team of Intake Specialists fields calls and inquiries from prospective patients, providing critical information, answering questions, and helping loved ones and future patients alike better understand options. All inquiries are fully confidential and always free. Our team works hard to ensure patients are equipped with the knowledge and insight they need to navigate the recovery process.

With a call to our Intake team, prospective patients can:

  • Answer key questions and concerns about treatment
  • Understand the different types of services
  • Share recent experiences with Intake Specialists
  • Get answers to questions about treatment, insurance, and payment options
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Schedule a date and time for a screening assessment

Insurance Verification

Our Intake Specialists can help prospective patients, their families, and loved ones verify whether their insurance benefits will cover time spent in recovery at StoneRidge. This process is called “insurance verification” and takes little time to complete at no extra cost. In order for StoneRidge to verify a patient’s insurance, Intake Specialists will ask for information including a copy of their insurance card. Patients can begin this process online through the link below.

Payment Information

We understand that treatment for addiction or mental health challenges can be costly, but we don’t want any prospective patient to lack the care they need due to financial restrictions. That’s why we first work with insurance providers to cover as much as possible, then offer cash pay options on an individual basis to patients in need. If our services aren’t the right fit financially for a possible patient, we will refer them to a program that is a better match for their needs.

What to Expect

The treatment which patients experience at StoneRidge is unlike any other. Our advice to patients is: join us every day ready and willing to learn and you’ll quickly experience tangible benefits. Nonetheless, we understand that treatment can be daunting, whether a patient has graduated from other programs before or is starting their journey for the first time. That’s why our Intake Specialists are here to acclimate you to the treatment environment.

In the early days of treatment, the StoneRidge team will:

  • Gather current medical/health history
  • Determine the appropriate level of care
  • Acclimate patients to the treatment environment
  • Meet with patients to develop a plan of care
  • Help patients balance treatment with personal/work commitments
  • Empower patients to continue their recovery

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will I live when attending StoneRidge?
Our treatment team will work with you to identify and coordinate the best housing option for you. You will not be expected to coordinate housing on your own.
How much time will I spend at StoneRidge?
The length of your stay will be determined by medical and clinical necessity. Once you are ready to graduate to a lower level of care/next phase of treatment, you will be transitioned to that level of care or you will graduate the program successfully. Each patient progresses at different time intervals. Your rate of recovery will be directly related to how invested and engaged you are in your care and treatment.
Can I continue my job/childcare responsibilities?

We will attempt to formulate a treatment plan that will work well with your life obligations. Please note that your care is our top priority and our recommendations will prioritize managing your medical and clinical needs responsibly.

When can I visit for an intake?
