Patients in the StoneRidge Reclaim PHP experience fully integrated treatment, beginning with a comprehensive, customized treatment plan overseen by our medical and clinical staff. Many of our patients are beginning their addiction treatment journey and/or mental health stabilization process for the first time. It can be scary and stressful. Our team ensures that each patient has access to a supportive environment alongside staff to guide them through every phase of their structured recovery.
